ABOUT JESS

About Jess and Heavy Proof Coaching

It's the story of who I was, who I became, and why I built a coaching company for women who are tired of starting over.

WHO I WAS

The girl who always started Monday

I knew every diet. Points, shakes, cutting carbs, 1,200 calories, the app that yelled at me. I could lose twenty pounds any time I wanted — and I could find them again just as fast.

What nobody tells you is how heavy that cycle gets. Not the weight. The restarting. Making the plan, breaking the plan, promising yourself next week would be different.

I wasn't lazy and I wasn't broken. I just kept following plans that were never built for the life I actually had.

WHAT CHANGED

I stopped dieting and started training

The shift wasn't dramatic. I started lifting. I started eating enough protein to recover. I stopped punishing myself for a bad weekend and just went back to the plan on Monday without lighting the whole thing on fire.

Over 160 pounds came off across years, not weeks. Slower than I wanted, and the only version that ever held.

Somewhere in there the goal changed. I wasn't trying to be smaller anymore. I was trying to be strong, and the body followed.

WHO I BECAME

A woman who trusts herself in the gym

I compete now. I coach women through prep, through fat loss, through their first real strength cycle, through PCOS and postpartum and jobs that leave nothing left at 7 p.m.

I still eat the cupcake. I still take rest weeks. The difference is I know exactly how to get back on track, and it doesn't take a fresh start to do it.

WHY HEAVY PROOF EXISTS

Because you shouldn't need luck to figure this out

Heavy Proof exists so no woman has to spend a decade guessing the way I did. You get the plan I wish someone had handed me, adjusted as your body responds, with someone in your corner who's honest with you.

The name is the point. Not before-and-after photos, not a number. Proof — the kind that holds up under weight.
